I have a passion for the often-unsung splendors of our world and strive to transport us to a place where animals and insects connect with our human experience in unexpected ways. Fueled by my love of classic literature and illustrations for children, and expressionist art, my ideas are sparked by music, film, nature and process. I work in pen and ink, watercolor, and graphite. My studio is based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
